Do we want to feed 12 billion people for fifty years at the cost of massive exploitation of natural resources, loss of bio-diversity, environmental degradation ending with collapsing fertility of the soils?
Do we want to feed a somewhat smaller population for a long time in a sustainable way?
Organic agriculture, as we know it today, is the most sustainable kind of agriculture. Nevertheless, also in organics, there are a lot of improvements to be made”
